摘  要:介绍了AP 1000核电机组和1000 MW超超临界火电机组的主蒸汽超压保护系统,从热力参数、保护装置和控制功能等方面进行了对比分析。AP 1000核电机组主蒸汽超压保护通过安全阀、汽轮机旁路排放系统和大气释放阀来实现,它具有调温、调压的双重功能,保证机组在紧急情况下安全停堆。1000 MW火电机组通过高压旁路阀取代过热器安全阀功能,不仅能消除安全阀动作后产生的高强度噪音,且能最大限度地回收工质,提高机组启动性能。The main steam overpressure protection systems of the AP1000 nuclear power unit and the 1 000 MW ultra supercritical fossil fuel power unit were introduced;the thermal parameters,the protection devices and the control functions of the two protection systems were analyzed comparatively.The main steam overpressure protection of AP1000 nuclear power unit is realized by the safety valve,the steam turbine bypass system and the atmospheric relief valve,it has the dual functions of temperature adjustment and pressure adjustment,which can ensure safe outage of the reactor in emergency.In 1 000 MW fossil fuel power unit,the high pressure bypass valve is used to replace the superheater safety valve,which not only can eliminate the high intensity noise caused by the safety valve discharge,but also can recover the working medium as far as possible and improve the start performance of the unit.
