摘　　要：介绍了某公司#5锅炉甲磨煤机出口端盖出现裂纹的情况,针对现状采取了应急措施,有效控制了裂纹的扩展,保证了设备的正常运行。随后制订具体方案对出口端盖进行了更换,保证了设备安全、稳定运行。The cracks occurrence in outlet end cover of mill A of boiler No.5 in a power plant was introduced.Aiming at current situation,relevant emergency measures were adopted,the crack extension had been controlled effectively,and normal operation of the equipment was ensured.Later on,a concrete scheme was formulated and the end cover was replaced;and the safe and stable operation of the mill was ensured.
