三种实木地板材干缩性能和湿胀性能研究

摘　　要：实木地板的干缩率与湿胀率直接影响其尺寸稳定性能。本文对香二翅豆、番龙眼和栎木的干缩率与湿胀率进行了研究。研究结果表明:香二翅豆尺寸稳定性优于番龙眼和栎木;三个材种的径向板尺寸稳定性比弦向板的好;栎木径向板尺寸稳定性比番龙眼径向板的好,番龙眼弦向板的尺寸稳定性比栎木弦向板的好。研究结果对于这些材种实木地板的加工利用具有较大的实际指导意义。Property of wood shrinkage and swelling affects dimensional stability of solid wood floor.The three kinds woods of woods（Dipteryx odorata,Pometia spp.） and Quercus spp.,were studied on their property of shrinkage and swelling.The results show that Dipteryx odorata wood is better than that of other two kinds of woods on the dimensional stability.The dimensional stability of radial floor is better than that of the tangential floor in the three kinds wood.The dimensional stability of radial floor in Quercus spp is better than that of radial floor in Pometia spp.The dimensional stability of tangential floor Pometia spp is better than that of tangential floor in Quercus spp.The research results have the practical guiding significance for production and usage of these solid wood floors.
