低能电子与碳原子的碰撞

摘　　要：采用处理慢电子被原子散射的等效势模型,计算了能量在0.1～10eV范围内电子与碳原子系统的弹性散射总截面和微分截面,讨论了Hammerling交换势中比例系数γ取不同数值时对结果的影响.通过计算得出:γ取0.10时,所得结果和其他的理论结果吻合得最好.The theoretical result of electrons scattered by carbon atoms in the range of 0.1-10 eV has been obtained with the equivalent potential model.Total elastic scattering cross section and differential cross section have been calculated.The impact of the result when is of the different values in Hammerling＇s exchange potential has also been discussed.Through calculating： our results with other theoretical results are in good agreement with the best when is of 0.10.
