重庆市人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展评价

摘　　要：在总结城镇化内涵的基础上,选择人口城镇化和土地城镇化为切入点,构建了两者协调发展的指标体系和评价模型.通过计算,得出如下结论:直辖以来重庆市人口城镇化指数与土地城镇化指数均呈现持续上升趋势,且从2001年开始土地城镇化指数增长速度明显加快,并在2008年超过人口城镇化指数;与此同时,协调发展水平也从1997年的极度失调衰退阶段上升到2009年的优质协调发展阶段.On the basis of generalizing the connotation of urbanization,the authors have designed the indicator systems of urbanization in population and land of Chongqing.Then,the coordinated development degree has been accessed according to the coordinated development model in the case of Chongqing by scrutinizing the data from 1997 to 2009.With calculations,we find that the indexes of urbanization both in population and in land are in a trend of continuing upward,and that the growth rate of land urbanization index becomes faster than ever before.And in 2008 land urbanization index has surpassed population urbanization index.During this period,their coordination level is also gradually increasing.In 1997,Chongqing came to the stage with the extreme uncoordinated development,but in 2009,Chongqing to the stage with the high-quality coordinated development.
