摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮蛋氨酸水平对6~10周龄四川白鹅生产性能和血液代谢指标的影响.选用36日龄四川白鹅160只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鹅,公母各半.试验采用单因子设计,日粮蛋氨酸水平分别为0.35%(0.35%Met组)、0.41%(0.41%Met组)、0.47%(0.47%Met组)、0.53%(0.53%组Met).结果表明:(1)生产性能:0.35%Met组和0.41%Met组四川白鹅的日增重较大,显著高于0.47%Met组(P<0.05),高于0.53%Met组,但未达到显著差异(P>0.05);0.41%Met组四川白鹅料重比最低,0.35%Met组料重比较0.41%Met组略高,0.47%Met组最高,各组未达到显著差异(P>0.05).0.35%Met组和0.41%Met组四川白鹅生产性能接近,均优于0.47%Met组和0.53%Met组.(2)血液指标:0.35%Met组四川白鹅血清尿素氮最低,其次为0.41%Met组,0.47%Met组和0.53%Met组血清尿素氮水平相同且最高,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);0.35%Met组血中尿酸最低,显著低于0.47%Met组(P<0.05),与其余两组差异不显著(P>0.05);甘油三酯0.35%Met组、0.41%Met组与0.47%Met组接近,均显著高于0.53%Met组(P<0.05).综合生产性能和血液指标可知,日粮蛋氨酸水平显著影响四川白鹅生产性能和血液尿酸、甘油三酯含量.The experiment has been conducted to study the effect of dietary methionine(Met) levels on growth performances,blood metabolic indexes for 6~10 week old Sichuan White Geese.One hundred and sixty 36 day old Sichuan White Geese have been divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates,10 birds per replicate according to similar weight.The experiment has been designed by single factor;there are 4 dietary treatments with different dietary levels of methionine.Four levels of dietary methionine are 0.35%,0.41%,0.47% and 0.53%.The results are as follows:(1) as for growth performance,the daily weight gain of the groups fed 0.35% and 0.41% Met are significantly higher than the groups fed 0.47% Met(P0.05)and higher than the groups fed 0.53% Met(P0.05).The feed/ gain o f geese fed 0.41% Met is the lowest,followed by the group fed 0.35% Met.There is no significant difference among groups in feed/ gain.The growth performance of the groups fed 0.35% and 0.41% Met are close,but higher than that of the groups fed 0.47% and 0.53% met;(2) as for Blood Metabolic Indexes,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of the group fed 0.35% Met is the lowest,followed by the group fed 0.41% Met,the group fed 0.47% and 0.53% Met,but there was no significant difference among groups in BUN;Blood Uric Acid(UA) level of group fed 0.35% Met is significantly lower than that of group fed 0.47% Met(P0.05)and lower than that of other groups(P0.05).Triglyceride content(TG)in groups fed 0.35%,0.41% and 0.47% Met were approach and significantly higher than that of group fed 0.53 % Met(P0.05).According to the results,Dietary Methionine Levels significantly affect production performance and UA,TG in blood.
