摘　　要：本文从理论分析和实证测算两个方面评述了国内外对垄断社会成本的研究。理论分析方面,着重评述了哈勃格三角形理论、X-非效率理论和塔洛克四边形理论;实证测算方面,着重从测算方法和测算结果两个角度评述了国内外的一些代表性研究文献。This paper reviews the researches on the social cost of monopoly from the angles of theoretical analysis and empirical estimation.In theoretical analysis,it focuses on Harberger triangle theory,X-inefficiency theory and Tullock quadrilateral theory;while in empirical estimation,it lays emphasis on the methods and results of estimation in representative literature.
