摘 要:以间苯二酚作为改性剂,采用正交试验法探讨了最终甲醛/尿素(F/U)配比、酸性阶段pH和间苯二酚加入量对UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量和胶接强度的影响。结果表明:当最终n(F)∶n(U)=1.3∶1、w(间苯二酚)=3%(相对于尿素总质量而言)和酸性阶段pH为5.0时,UF胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量降至0.30%、胶接强度为2.64 MPa且耐水性显著提高。With resorcin as modifier,the influences of final molar ratio of n(formaldehyde or F):n(urea or U),pH in acidic stage and resorcin contents on free formaldehyde content and bonding strength of UF(urea-formaldehyde resin) adhesive were discussed by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the free formaldehyde content was dropped to 0.30%, bonding strength was 2.64 MPa,and the water-resistance was observably increased for UF adhesive when final molar ratio of n(F):n(U) was 1.3:1 ,mass fraction of resorcin was 3% in total urea, and pH in acidic stage was 5.0.
