摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的重大改革项目。上海应用技术学院作为一所行业特色鲜明的新建本科院校,成立实体化的工程创新学院作为实施"卓越计划"的平台,创新教学管理机制和校企合作机制,在卓越工程师人才培养模式改革中进行了一系列探索和创新。＂The Outstanding Engineer Training Program＂ is a significant reform in the process of carrying out ＂Outline of the National Pro- gram for Long- and Medium- Term Educational Reform and Development （2010- 2020）＂. Shanghai Institute of Technology is a newly- es- tablished college with distinguishing characteristics. It explores the innovation in training mode reform of ＂The Outstanding Engineer Training Program＂ by establishing school of engineering ＆ innovation as a platform for the program,improving the teaching administrative system,and in- augurating a cooperative system between the institute and enterprises.
