摘　　要：高效的教学管理是院校核心竞争力形成的关键要素,对于苏北的新建高校在教学管理中存在的种种问题,通过C管理模式的引入,更新管理理念,实现教学管理系统的优化和管理效益的提升,助推教学核心竞争力的构建。Efficient teaching administration is one of the key factors for the construction of colleges＇ core competitiveness. For the problems in teaching administration of new colleges in noithern Jiangsu, C management model helps to renew teaching administration notions, optimize the system of teaching administration,improve management efficiency and boost the construction of colleges＇ teaching core competitiveness.
