中药的癌化学预防靶点与研究思路

摘　　要：癌症的发生是一个多因素的复杂过程,致癌原激活原癌基因是产生致癌作用的关键环节。中药的癌化学预防具有独特的优势,主要涉及的靶点有:调控机体Ⅰ相代谢酶,抑制致癌原的代谢,减少有毒中间产物和亲电子中间体的产生;调控Ⅱ相解毒酶和氧化还原酶,代谢有毒中间产物,还原亲电子中间体;中药保护DNA,包括修复受损DNA及调控细胞凋亡。中药通过对上述癌靶点的调控,从而实现预防癌症于"未起时"。The cause of cancer is a complex process of multiple factors. Carcinogen activation in cancer gene is the carcinogenic effects of key links. The main targets to the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine to cancer including regulation of phase I metabolism of the body＇s enzymes; control phase Ⅱ detoxifying enzymes and oxidoreductases to reduce toxic intermediate products and electronic intermediates; Chinese medicine can also protect DNA by repair damaged DNA and regulation of apoptosis. Chinese medicine prevent cancer through the regulation of these targets before sick.
