湿邪与艾滋病免疫功能低下的相关性探讨

摘　　要：艾滋病是以免疫功能低下为特征的疾病,其病因为人类免疫缺陷病毒感染,近来越来越多的学者认为湿可能是病毒的副产品,湿邪的轻重与免疫异常及病毒复制程度有极密切的关系。文章从外湿对艾滋病免疫功能低下的影响、脾胃受损滋生内湿对艾滋病免疫功能低下的影响、湿邪与艾滋病的相关性文献研究回顾以及临床研究课题回顾进行探讨,认为湿邪与艾滋病免疫功能低下存在一定的相关性,并且湿邪可以加重艾滋病免疫功能低下。AIDS is a disease with low immune function,its pathogenesis is human immunodeficiency virus infection.Recently more and more scholars think that wet maybe the by-product of the virus,the degree of the pathogenic dampness has a close relationship with immune abnormalities and the degree of virus replication.It believed that there was a certain correlation between pathogenic dampness and low AIDS immune function,and pathogenic dampness can aggravate low AIDS immune function,according to the reaserch on the influence of pathogenic dampness on low AIDS immune function,and retrospective research on AIDS and pathogenic dampness related literature and clinical research project.
