摘 要:目的:观察艾灸场所可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的质量浓度及微观形貌特征。方法:应用便携式数字微电脑粉尘仪、高分辨率场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和图像分析技术,监测并分析了京津地区9个艾灸诊室和4个灸疗馆内夏季(7月-8月)可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的质量浓度和微观形貌。结果:艾灸场所内PM10质量浓度平均值为3.54mg/m3,其中主要的单颗粒物类型有烟尘集合体、二次粒子、矿物颗粒和超细未知颗粒物,它们在总颗粒物中所占的数量比例依次是27%、22%、15%、36%,所占的体积比例依次是30%、13%、41%、16%。超细未知颗粒物和烟尘集合体数量贡献较大;而矿物颗粒和烟尘集合体则对体积的贡献较大。结论:京津地区艾灸场所内存在可吸入颗粒物(PM10)污染,艾燃烧生成物是其主要来源。Objective: To monitor the mass concentrations and investigate the morphological characteristics of airborne inhalable particulate matters(PM10) collected in moxibustion rooms.Methods: The digital dust indicator,high resolution field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and image analysis were used to monitor and investigate the mass concentrations and investigate the morphological characteristics of PM10 in 13 moxibustion rooms of Beijing and Tianjin(from July to August 2010).Results: The average mass concentration was 3.93mg/m3.Four types of major particles were identified in the PM10,including soot aggregates,secondary particles,ultrafine unidentified particles and minerals.Their proportions in the PM10 by composition were 27%,22%,15% and 36%,respectively;while by volume were 30%,13%,41% and 16%,respectively.The ultrafine unidentified particles predominated in the PM10 composition.The minerals predominated in the PM10 volume.Conclusion: It was experiencing PM10 pollution which was contributed by the combustion products of moxa wool in the moxibustion rooms of Beijing and Tianjin.
