李平教授中医辨证治疗心肌桥验案举隅

摘　　要：冠状动脉心肌桥多是一种先天性冠状动脉发育异常,具体是指冠状动脉被心肌覆盖,在心肌内走行,形成心肌桥。轻者不发病或表现为不典型胸痛和劳力型心绞痛,重者可出现急性冠脉综合征、心律失常、心肌顿抑等恶性心血管事件,现代医学对其诊断虽然明确,治疗上包括药物治疗和手术治疗,但目前尚存在一定局限性。李平教授采用中医辨证论治治疗心肌桥,从中医整体观念出发,临床治疗心机桥发作心绞痛取得良效,为心肌桥的药物治疗提供了新的途径。Coronary myocardial bridging is a congenital coronary artery multi-developmental abnormalities,specifically refers to coronary heart was covered in the myocardium traveling to form a myocardial bridge.Light showed no disease or atypical chest pain and angina pectoris,severe,there may be acute coronary syndrome,arrhythmia,myocardial stunning and so vicious cardiovascular events,even though the modern medicine,its diagnosis,treatment,including drug treatment and surgery,but there are still some limitations.Professor LI Ping using traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of myocardial bridge,starting from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical treatment of angina attack bridge made good effect,provides a new way as drug treatment for myocardial bridge.
