中药介入激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜现状分析

摘　　要：特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是一种免疫介导的血小板减少综合症,糖皮质激素(GC)作为一线、首选治疗药物而被广泛应用,笔者进行文献研究发现历代医家使用中药增效减毒积累了丰富的经验,为了更好的中西医结合,就中药联合激素增效,克服激素抵抗,辅助减撤激素,辅助激素减毒这四方面展开综述,以期提高临床疗效。Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura（ITP） is a kind of immune mediated thrombocytopenia syndrome.Glucocorticoid,as the preferred drug,is widely used in the ITP treatment.The author has found that there is a wealth of experiences in traditional Chinese medicine on increasing the curative effect and alleviating side effects by literature research.In order to combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment better and to improve clinical effect,the author summarized from the flowing four aspects： Chinese medicine combined with hormone to enhance efficiency,overcome hormone resistance,reduce the amount of hormone and side effects,in order to improve the clinical effects.
