摘  要:目的:研究檀香对广枣中没食子酸(GA)和原儿茶酸(PA)的药动学的影响。方法:采用寒冷加注射肾上腺素法制作大鼠气滞血瘀模型,HPLC法测定广枣水提液和广枣-檀香配伍液灌胃后气滞血瘀大鼠血浆中GA和PA的血药浓度,DAS 2.0药动学软件计算药动学参数。结果:广枣单独给药、广枣-檀香配伍后给药,GA和PA在体内代谢动力学模型均为二室开放模型。与广枣组比较,二药配伍后,GA吸收半衰期t1/2Ka增加(P<0.01),达峰时间Tmax提前(P<0.01),峰浓度Cmax增大(P<0.05),表观分布容积V/F显著增加(P<0.01);PA的AUC增大(P<0.01),清除率CL/F降低(P<0.05)。结论:檀香可促进GA的吸收和分布,提高PA的生物利用度,提示檀香对广枣具有增效作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Santalum album(SA) on the pharmacokinetics of gallic acid(GA) and protocatechuic acid(PA) in qi-stagnancy and blood stasis rats.Methods: The rat models with syndrome of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis were established by ice bath combined adrenaline injection methods.Concentrations of GA and PA in rat plasma were determined by HPLC after orally administrated with the extraction of Choerospondias axillary fruit(CAF) or CAF combined with SA.The data were processed by DAS 2.0 software to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters.Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters of GA and PA conformed to two-compartment open model in both groups of CAF and CAF combined with SA.Compared with CAF group,t1/2Ka of GA was prolonged(P0.01),Tmax decreased(P0.01) and Cmax was increased(P0.05).Meanwhile,AUC of PA was increased(P0.01),and CL/F was reduced(P0.05).Conclusion: SA could accelerate absorption and distribution of GA in rats,and improve the bioavailability of PA.The results showed that SA could enhance the therapeutic effect of CAF.
