从湿热体质论治痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察王琦教授从湿热体质论治痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:本研究采用病例系列研究的方法,观察中药治疗痤疮的病例,总结其疗效和疗效影响因素。疾病的诊断标准和疗效评价标准参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》(第三辑)。结果:共纳入28例成年痤疮的病例,总有效率为85.71%。结论:本研究提示从湿热体质论治痤疮具有一定的优势,为"辨体论治"研究提供临床依据。同时提示饮食、服药方法等对痤疮的疗效有重要影响。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acne treatment based on dampness-heat constitution of the professor WANG Qi. Methods： The study used the method of case study series to observe acne cases treated by Chinese herbal medicine, and summed up the curative effect and the factors affecting curative effect. Disease diagnosis standard and curative effect evaluation standard refered to Chinese Traditional Medicine New Drug Clinical Research Guiding Principle. Results： A total of 28 patients were collected into adult acne cases, and the total effective rate was 85.71%. Conclusion： This study suggested treatment on acne from dampness-heat constitution had certain advantages, which provided clinical evidences for ＇ treatment based on constitution differentiation＇ theory. Meanwhile, diet, medication method, and so on, played a major role in the curative effect of acne.
