摘　　要：性能良好的驱动电路是保证IGBT正常工作的前提.选用2SD106AI做为IGBT的驱动模块,介绍了2SD106AI驱动模块的基本性能,分析设计了相应的外围电路及设计中的关键参数,并在逆变电路中进行了应用.实验结果表明,基于2SD106AI的驱动电路性能稳定可靠,能很好地满足应用要求.The good performance of the drive circuit is the premise to the normal work of IGBT. The paper selected 2SD106AI as IGBT drive module, firstly analyzed the basic properties of 2SD106AI drive module, then designed of the corresponding peripheral circuit and the key param- eters, and apply them to the inverter circuit. The results showed that the performance of the driving circuit based on 2SD106AI was stable and reliable, and met the requirements of the appli- cation.
