针灸结合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸结合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将80例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例采用针灸结合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗,对照组30例采用常规针灸治疗。两组治疗疗程相同,观察比较两组患者治疗前后各项指标评分差值及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%,治愈率60.00%;对照组总有效率83.33%,治愈率33.33%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后肩关节功能评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗肩周炎能明显提高治愈率和肩关节功能评定指标,疗效优于常规针灸治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy on periarthritis of shoulder treated with acupuncture-moxibustion in combination with promotion therapy for nerves,muscles and joints.Methods 80 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group,50 cases were treated with acupuncture-moxibustion in combination with promotion therapy for nerves,muscles and joints.In the control group,30 cases were treated with the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion.The duration of treatment was same in two groups.The score different values of every indicator and the clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.00% and the curative rate was 60.00%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 83.33% and the curative rate was 33.33%.The total effective rate was not different sighificantly between two groups（P0.05）,the curative rate was different significantly between two groups（P0.05）.The score different values of the shoulder joint function before and after treatment presented the statistical significant difference in comparison between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion in combination with promotion therapy for nerves,muscles and joints improve obviously the curative rate of periarthritis of shoulder and the indicators of the shoulder joint function assessment.The efficacy is superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion.
