摘  要:以开V形坡口镁合金薄板对接为例,利用ANSYS软件对其焊接过程进行了模拟分析。首先建立了一个三维有限元模型,并利用生死单元技术模拟实际的焊接过程,得到了焊接温度场及残余应力场的分布情况,并对结果进行了分析和讨论。同时,在相同工艺条件下完成了实际的焊接实验,并对焊接残余应力进行了测量。实测结果与计算结果比较吻合,这说明ANSYS的单元生死技术可以有效地模拟焊接过程,本方法对焊接模拟工作中各种关键问题的处理比较得当。Taking butt welded magnesium alloy sheet with V-shaped groove for example, a finite element simulation of welding process was done by ANSYS software, and a reasonable three-dimensional solid model was estalJlished. The formation process of welding seam was simulated with the birth-death element method, and the distribution of welding temperature field and residual stress was obtained. The results were analyzed and discussed. Meanwhile, the actual welding experiments were done at the same process conditions, and the welding residual stress was measured. The calculated results are generally consistent with the experimental results, which indicates that the birth-death element method of ANSYS can effectively simulate the welding process and handle key issues properly.
