摘 要:以边梁式底盘车架为研究对象,采用中部断开后加长的方法对其进行了改装设计,然后利用ANSYSWorkbench对改装后的车架进行了有限元分析。分析表明改进后自卸车的装载质量提高了1.5t,而能承受的最大应力远小于材料的许用应力。研究结果为车架的进一步设计优化提供了一定的理论依据。In this paper, the beam-type chassis frame was taken as research object and the method of extension after breaking the central was used to make a refitting design. Then the modified frame was made a finite element analysis by ANSYS Workbench. The analysis results show that the improved tip truck loaded 1.5 t more than before, and the maximum stress was much smaller than the allowable one of the material. This result could provide a certain theoretical basis for the further design and optimization of frame.
