摘 要:抗苗勒激素(AMH)是转化生长因子β超家族成员之一,在男女生殖系统的生理和病理变化中发挥重要作用。通过诱导苗勒管的退化,参与胎儿性别分化;通过对睾丸生精功能及卵子募集、发育、成熟、排卵的调控而与男女生殖功能密切相关。血清中AMH不仅可以预测卵巢储备能力,还是体外受精-胚胎移植结局的独立预测因子。AMH同时还是卵巢颗粒细胞肿瘤的重要标志物。Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)is a member of the superfamily of Transforming Growth Factor-β which plays an important role in the physiological and pathological changes of both male and female reproductive systems.It involves in the sex differentiation of fetus by inducing the degradation of Mullerian duct,and it is closely related with the male and female reproductive function through the regulation of spermatogenesis,the raising,development,maturation,ovulation of the ovum.Serum is not only an independent predictor of ovarian reserve capacity,but also an independent predictor for outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.AMH is also an important marker of the ovarian granulosa cell tumors.
