摘 要:MicroRNA(miRNA)是约为22个核苷酸的RNA分子,参与基因表达的转录后调节,调节细胞的生长、分化、细胞周期、凋亡,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。近年来研究表明,血清、脱落细胞等来源的游离miRNA也具有特异性与稳定性,有可能作为宫颈癌及其他肿瘤早期诊断的分子标志物。现就miRNA与宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的关系及miRNA在宫颈癌诊断治疗中的临床应用前景予以综述。MicroRNA(miRNA)has approximately 22 nucleotides that can mediate the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.miRNA regulates cellular processes such as development,differentiation,cell cycling,apoptosis and are closely associated with tumors.In recent years,studies have shown that dissociation miRNA from cast-off cells or serum has its own specificity and stability,and can serve as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and other tumors.Here is to make a review on the relationship between miRNA and cervical cancer and its clinical application in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
