摘　　要：流式细胞术(FCM)是一种可对单细胞进行快速定性、定量分析的新技术,在医学临床及科学研究上发挥了非常重要的作用。随着技术水平的不断完善,FCM得到了更为广泛的应用。回顾FCM的工作原理及发展史,并对其在肿瘤学、免疫学及血液学等医学检验方面的应用进行概括总结,对指导以后的研究工作、理清思路等均有重要意义。Flow cytometry（FCM）is a new technology capable of rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis on single cell,which have played a very important role in clinical medicine and scientific research.With the continuous improvement of technical level,FCM has been more widely used.Here is to make a review on FCM working principle and development history,and its applications in oncology,immunology and hematology medical tests,which will have a great influence on the future research.
