摘　　要：目的检测蒙古族原发性高血压(EH)人群中β2肾上腺素能受体基因Gln27/Glu多态性,探讨其与蒙古族人群EH和其他心血管病危险因素的关系。方法选择蒙古族EH患者105例为观察组,另外选取蒙古族健康体检者102例为对照组,通过聚合酶链反应确定基因型,并测定所有患者的体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压/舒张压、空腹血糖、尿酸等。结果 EH组和对照组Gln27/Glu多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Gln27/Glu基因型个体的BMI显著高于Gln27/Gln基因型个体(P<0.05),三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、空腹血糖等在三种基因型之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Gln27/Glu基因可能不是蒙古族EH的易患基因,该基因突变可能与肥胖有关。Objective To study essential hypertension β2-adrenergic receptor（ADRB2）gene Gln27/Glu polymorphism in Mongolian population,to test the hypothesis that polymorphism in the ADRB2 gene Gln27/Glu is associated with essential hypertension（EH）and other cardiovascular disease risk factors in Mongolian population.Methods 105 cases（observation group）of Mongolian patients with EH and 102 cases（control group）of normal Mongolian were enrolled in this study.Targeted genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction,and subjects were measured body mass index（BMI）,fasting triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,and systolic/diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,and uric acid.Results Gln27/Glu polymorphism genotypic and allele frequencies were not significantly different between the EH group and the control group（P0.05）.BMI in individuals with Gln27/Glu genotype was significantly higher than the individuals with Gln27/Gln genotypes（P0.05）.And triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,uric acid,fasting blood glucosewere no significant differences between the two genotypes（P0.05）.Conclusion Gln27/Glu gene may not be the Mongolian essential hypertension susceptibility gene,the mutation of which may be associated with obesity.
