摘　　要：在时代急需创新人才、时代呼唤教育创新的大背景下,主动适应我国经济以及国防现代化建设需求,积极推行创新教育改革,大力培养创新人才已然成为高等院校的首要和核心任务。作者在简要论述创新教育本质和重要意义的基础上,针对高等院校推行创新教育教学改革的思路举措,围绕转变教育教学理念、努力营造创新氛围等五个方面提出了思考点与建议。With the urgent need for innovative talents and creative education, it has become the primary and core mission of colleges and universities to meet the requirements of the country＇s economy and national defense modernization, vigorously promote reform of innovation-oriented education and train innovative talents. The paper first discusses the essence and significance of innovation-oriented educa- tion, and then proposes some thinking and suggestions in five aspects including changing the educa- tion teaching concepts and creating an innovation-oriented atmosphere for promoting reform of innova- tion-oriented education and teaching at colleges and universities.
