摘　　要：本试验以Zn2＋、Ca2＋为主要成膜物质，柠檬酸为降渣剂，研制了一种中温钢筋拉拔磷化液。磷化温度为65℃～70℃，磷化过程沉渣少，膜层呈灰黑色，耐蚀性高。磷化液配置简单，不需添加促进剂。This expeiment uses Zn2＋ and Ca2＋ as the main filmed material, citric acid as descending scrap reagent, it develops a kind of medium temperature rebar drawing phosphating liquid. Phosphating temperature is 65℃-70 ℃ .phosphating process.Has little residue, membrane layer is gray-black, It has high corrosion resistance. phosphating liquid configuration is simple, it does not need to add promoting reagent.
