摘　　要：注塑成型是最重要的塑料成型方法之一,它的优点是可以一次成型结构复杂的制品,应用很广泛。但在注塑过程中常会出现各种缺陷,如:短射、缩痕、飞边、熔接痕、翘曲和气穴等,从而影响制品的质量。分析了注塑过程中常见的缺陷,并从改善材料性能、改进产品结构、优化模具设计和注塑工艺等方面提出了相应的解决方法。Injection molding, one of the most important plastic molding methods, can make complicated products in one step and applied widely. But various defects such as short shot, sink marks, flash, weld lines, warpage and cavitation often appeared in injection molding process, which impact the quality of the products severely. In this paper, common defects in injection molding process were analyzed and appropriate solutions such as improving the performance of materials, improving product structure, optimizing the mould design and optimization of injection molding process were ziven.
