摘  要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖及尿微量清蛋白(U-mAlb)检测在糖尿病进展中的意义。方法选择武警江苏总队医院2011年6月至2012年6月2型糖尿病患者240例作为糖尿病组,并以同期健康体检人员30例作为对照组,测定HbA1c、U-mAlb、葡萄糖(GLU)水平并分析HbA1c与U-mAlb的关系。结果 HbA1c 6.0%-6.9%时U-mAlb已明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但HbA1c、GLU与U-mAlb之间相关性都不明显,r分别为0.220和0.076。结论糖尿病患者不但要定期检测HbA1c和GLU来观察血糖控制的情况,使患者得到及时治疗,而且更应同时检测U-mAlb,用于判断肾功能损伤的程度,从而预防和延缓糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生和发展。Objective To study the significance of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose and urinary microalbumin(U-mAlb) in diabetic progression.Methods The levels of HbA1c,GLU and U-mAlb were detected in 240 diabetic patients as the diabetic group and comtemporaneous 30 individuals of physical examination as control in this hospital from June 2011 to June 2012.The relationship between HbA1c and U-mAlb was analyzed.Results When the level of HbA1c was 6.0%-6.9%,the level of U-mAlb in the diabetic group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P0.01).But the correlation of HbA1c,GLU and U-mAlb was not obvious(r=0.220,0.076).Conclusion The diabeic patients should not only be periodically detected the level of HbA1c and GLU for obsering the control condition of blood glucose,but also at the same time be detected the level of U-mAlb for judging the impairment degree of the renal function in order to prevent and delay the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy(DN).
