摘 要:目的对军队在职干部进行多元化的缺血性心血管病健康教育,并对健康教育效果进行评估。方法选取某部35岁以上干部156人,进行多元化健康教育3个月。分别在健康教育前后利用缺血性心血管病防治知识问卷和健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ对研究对象进行问卷调查,数据进行统计学分析。结果健康教育前后目标人群缺血性心血管病防治知识知晓情况得分(教育前:7.10±2.98,教育后:7.56±2.67)及危险因素知识(教育前:3.54±1.30,教育后:3.66±1.20)、饮食与运动知识(教育前:2.12±1.61,教育后:2.40±1.44)、急救知识(教育前:0.35±0.60,教育后:0.41±0.58)3个因子得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康行为总分及健康责任、运动和锻炼、营养、人际间关系4个维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对军队在职干部实施多元化的健康教育,能够达到提高目标人群缺血性心血管病认知水平及建立良好健康行为的目的。Objective To carry out comprehensive health education intervention on ischemic cardiovascular dis- ease among military cadres, and assess the effect of health education intervention. Methods 156 cadres over 35 years old were selected and were educated by comprehensive health education for three months. Questionnaire surveys conducted be- fore and after health education by using an ischemic cardiovascular disease prevention knowledge questionnaire and a health promoting lifestyle scale. Data were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of prevention knowledge ( before health edu- cation: 7.10 ± 2.98, after health education 7.56 ± 2.67 ), risk factors knowledge ( before health education: 3.54 ± 1.30, after health education 3.66 ± 1.20), diet and exercise knowledge (before health education: 2. 12 ± 1.61, after health education 2.40 ± 1.44), first aid knowledge related to ischemic cardiovascular disease ( before health education: 0. 35 ±0. 60, after health education 0. 41 -sO. 58) among targeted subjected had significant differences between before and after intervention (P 〈 0.05 ). Scores of health behaviors, health responsibility, sports and exercise, nutrition, interper- sonal relations had significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive health educa- tion among military cadres is useful to improve the cognitive level of ischemie cardiovascular disease and establish good health behaviors.
