摘　　要：目的观察游离静脉皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法 2007年1月～2011年12月应用同侧前臂游离静脉皮瓣修复32例手指软组织缺损,切取皮瓣范围1.0cm×2.5cm～3.0cm×4.0cm。结果 2例有部分坏死,经换药后愈合,其余30例皮瓣完全成活。术后所有患者获得6～20个月(平均8个月)随访,指肤色稍暗,外观满意,感觉功能得到部分恢复。按中华医学会手功能评定标准评定:优10指,良15指,中6指,差2指,优良率为78.1%。结论游离静脉皮瓣是修复中、小面积手指软组织缺损的有效方法。Objective To observe the result of repairing soft tissue defect in the finger with free venous flaps.Methods 32 cases of soft tissue defect in the fingers were repaired by arterialized free venous flaps from the ipsilateral forearm.The size of free venous flaps ranged from 1.0 cm×2.5 cm^3.0 cm×4.0 cm.Results Among the 32 cases,the free arterialized venous flaps survived completely except for 2 had partial necrosis and healed with conservative management.Postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 to 20 months,the color of the flaps were darker and the texture and the thickness of the flaps were satisfactory.The sensory function of the flaps got partial restoration.According to the evaluation criteria for upper limb function issued by Hand Surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association,the results were excellent in 10 cases and good in 15 cases.Conclusions Free venous flap is an effective method to repair small or medium area of soft tissue defect of fingers.
