摘 要:利用从本试验32对引物中筛选得到的7对稳定可靠的SSR标记引物,对10份柳枝稷种质材料进行遗传多样性的SSR分析。结果表明:不同种质材料在7个位点的PIC值在0.669~0.881之间,遗传相似系数在0.385 4~0.905 7范围内波动。依据遗传距离和引物,应用非加权组平均法(UPGMA)对材料进行聚类分析,其中引物5211_B07的聚类结果和遗传距离的聚类结果相同:5个登记品种材料和野生种质材料No.2聚为一类,种质间遗传关系较近;其他4份野生种质聚为另一大类。In this experiment,seven SSR marker primer pairs were used to detect the genetic diversity of 10 accessions of switchgrass(Panicum virgatum).The results showed that the polymorphism information content(PIC) of different materials were ranged from 0.669 to 0.881,and the genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.385 4 to 0.905 7.UPGMA(Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean) was used for clustering analysis of the 10 accessions,based on the genetic distance and polymorphism information detected by the SSR markers.Five breeding varieties and the wild germplasm No.2 exhibited a closer genetic relationship and were clustered into one group,whereas the rest five accessions were clustered into the other group.The clustering result of the primer pair 5211_B07 was the same as that of the genetic distance.
