摘  要:分析比较了目前水煤气(或半水煤气)中转化脱除有机硫的5种工艺流程和生产装置的运行特点,指出了COS和CS2加氢、水解转化过程中产生硫醚、硫醇的问题,提出按水煤气深加工(后工序)对总硫及煤气成分要求不同合理选择有机硫转化脱除工艺的建议。Five current processes and the operational characteristics of their production units for conversional re- moval of organic sulfur from the water-gas (or semi-water gas) were analyzed and compared and the occurrence of thioether and mercaptan during the hydrogenation and hydrolysis conversion of COS and CS2 was pointed out. Suggestions as to how to select the right organic sulfur conversional removal process to meet the different total sulfur and gas composi- tion requirements in water-gas deep-processing (later process) was presented.
