载体对Cu-Co催化剂催化CO_2加氢合成乙酸反应的影响

摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了以TiO2、Al2O3、SiO2为载体的Cu-Co基双金属催化剂,在固定床反应器上,考察了其催化CO2加氢合成乙酸的性能,并用X射线衍射、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR等对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,以TiO2为载体的Cu-Co基催化剂有最好的催化活性和选择性,乙酸生成速率可达16.41 mg/(gcat.h),选择性为81.3%。研究认为,催化剂表面适量的中强酸性、金属良好的分散性以及CuCo2O4的生成是影响催化性能的关键因素。Cu-Co bimetallic catalysts were prepared by equal volume impregnation. The effect of supports was inves- tigated for synthesis of acetic acid from CO2 hydrogenation. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD and H2- TPR. The results showed that the supports had a great impact on the catalytic performance. Compared with A1203 and SiO2, TiO2 as the support was the best, the formation rate of acetic acid reached 16.41 mg/(gcat, h), and the corresponding se- lectivity was 81.3 %. It concluded that the dispersion of the active metal over TiO2, the amount of surface acidity and the formation of CuCo2O4 also favored the reaction.
