摘　　要：结合国家电网公司高可靠性城市示范区建设要求,青岛供电公司在充分研究、评估青岛城市配电网现状的基础上,积极实践和探索打造高可靠性城市示范区的新策略、新方法和新技术,建成一套集监控、指挥、预警功能为一体的配电网综合管理信息系统,实现"管理措施与技术措施并举,高指标与经济性相协调"的构建目标,进而提高青岛供电可靠性和配网建设管理水平,并为全省高可靠性城市建设积累经验,发挥引领示范作用。Combining with the State Grid Corporation of China high reliability demonstration city construction requirements, in the full study, evaluation of Qingdao based on the status quo of distribution network, active exploration and practice to make the high reliability of the new city demonstration area strategy, new methods and new technology, make Qingdao built a set of monitoring, command, warning function as one of the distribution network comprehensive management information system, and realization of ＂management measures and technical measures and high index and efficiency, coordinated＂ of the construction of the target, and improve the Qingdao power supply reliability and distribution network construction management level, and high reliability for the urban construction accumulate experience, and play a leading role model.
