摘　　要：普光气田天然气净化厂年产硫磺2 Mt,采用国内首座湿法硫磺成型装置,2009年建成并于同年11月投产,该硫磺成型机单套产能为90t/h。在生产过程中,由于细粉硫和少量的水在管道中流动性差,在振动筛至热水槽间的管线弯头处,经常发生堆积堵塞现象,并有细粉硫和水因输送管道堆积后溢出并洒落到设备和地面上,造成设备腐蚀。针对现有装置存在的问题,厂技术人员进行技术攻关,设计出一套实用专利产品,解决了现场问题,为国内外同类装置的运行提供了重要借鉴。The output of sulfur from Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant is 2,000,000 tons per year.The wet sulfur forming unit,the first of its kind in China,was built in 2009 and put into use in November of the same year.Because of the poor flowability of sulfur fines with a small quantity of water, the pipe elbow is often plugged by sulfur fines from the outlet of vibration sieve to water sink during the process of sulfur forming,and some sulfur fines and water overflow onto the equipment and floor,thus causing equipment corrosion.This article introduces a patent product which can solve this problem on site and provide good references for the operation of similar units at home and abroad.
