摘  要:近年来,北京地区的水资源日趋紧张,因此,污水回用成为解决水资源紧缺的有效途径。介绍了本公司炼油污水回用装置的工艺技术流程和该装置的运行情况。该装置采用了"曝气生物滤池+纤维过滤+活性炭吸附过滤"的工艺,对本公司的炼油污水进行深度处理。在装置运行的过程中,通过不断的工艺优化,及对回用水装置的工艺路线进行了改进,解决了pH值、铁离子、氨氯、COD超标等问题,装置运行以来,取得了良好的运行效果,节约了大量的新鲜水。In recent years,water resources in Beijing area is in short supply day by day.Therefore,wastewater reuse becomes an effective way to resolve the water resources shortage.This article introduces the process flow of refinery wastewater reuse unit at Beijing Yanshan Veolia Water Co., Ltd.and summarizes the operation of the unit.Aerated biofilter-Fiber filter-Activated carbon adsorption filter process is adopted for advanced treatment of refinery wastewater. During the operation of the unit,the problems of over high pH,iron ion,ammonia nitrogen and COD were solved by means of continuous process optimization and improvement in process route.Good operation effect has been achieved since the unit was put into operation,and a large amount of fresh water has been saved.
