摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法和超临界流体(SCF)技术制备出HMX/Cr2O3纳米复合炸药。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其形貌和成分进行了分析和表征,测试了其热分解特眭、撞击感度和摩擦感度。结果表明:HMX和Cr2O3在纳米尺度均匀复合,HMX/Cr2O3纳米复合炸药的粒度为30~50nm,近球形;与纯HMX原料相比,不同配比的复合炸药的融化峰温和分解峰温有显著的改变,撞击感度均显著降低,摩擦感度降幅较小。HMX/Cr2O3 nano-composite energetic materials were prepared using sol-gel method and SCF technology, SEM and FTIR were used to analyze and characterize the surface topography and the components. DSC, the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity for HMX/Cr2O3 nano-composites were also tested. The results showed that HMX and Cr203 was composited uniformly in nanometer, HMX/Cr2O3 composite particle size was from 30nm to 50nm, nearly spherical. Compared with raw HMX materials, the melting peak temperature and decomposition peak temperature of composite explosive with different proportion have significantly changed, impact sensitivity reduced obviously, while friction sensitivity declined slightly.
