摘  要:针对常规射孔技术在应用时存在严重的污染和出砂问题,进行了激光射孔技术可行性实验研究。通过室内物理实验,研究了激光能量对岩石烧灼量的影响。水深及不同介质对激光能量衰减的影响。结果表明:采用高能激光进行射孔是可行的。高能激光能烧灼岩石,形成较深的孔眼。介质及水深都会影响激光能量的衰减。介质深度是影响岩石烧灼质量损失的主要因素。在足够深度处,介质对岩石烧灼质量损失的影响可以忽略不计。激光具有融结岩石的作用,从根本上解决油井出砂问题。该研究对指导激光射孔的现场应用具有一定意义。Aiming at the pollution and sand problems existed in the process of application of conventional perforating techniques, the experimental study of the feasibility of laser perforation technique is carried out. Through indoor physical experiment, the laser energy on the amount of rock burning, water depth and different media on the attenuation of laser energy had been learnt. The results showed that: the high-energy laser perforation is feasible; high-energy laser can burn rock, forming a deeper hole ; the attenuation of the laser energy can be affected by water depth and medium; medium depth is the main factor that affacts rock burning mass loss, in sufficient depth the impact of media on the rocks burning mass loss can be neglected; the laser can melt and cement rock, sand production problems can be got fundamental solution. The study can guide the useness of laser perforation in the oil field.
