摘　　要：针对机载外场可更换单元在内场深度检测和维修中建立相关设备间数据交联的必要性,基于虚拟仪器及模块化的设计方法构建了民用航空机载设备数据通信测试系统,地面测试时,能根据有关需要模拟出满足总线要求和传输协议的信号,从而复现机载设备间的数据交连和通信,提高诊断效率;以某型飞机机载音频管理系统为例讨论了系统设计、人机交互界面、测试软件等;测试结果表明,该系统能缩短机载设备内场检测维修周期,提高维修效率,具有良好的应用前景。Against the need to establish related equipment data cross-linking for airborne field replaceable units in shop deep detection and maintenance, a civil aircraft airborne equipment data communications test system based on virtual instrument and modular design method is builded. In ground testing, the signal meet the bus requirements and transmission protocol according can be simulated to the need, reproduce the data cross-link and communication between the airborne equipments. The diagnostic efficiency is improved. The system design, interactive interface, test software and so on to a certain type of aircraft airborne audio management system as an example are discussed. Test resuhs show that the system can shorten airborne equipment shop inspection and maintenance cycle, increase maintenance efficiency, with a good prospect.
