敏定偶联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症

摘　　要：目的:观察敏定偶联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的内分泌及代谢改变,为PCOS患者提高最佳的治疗方案。方法:选择PCOS患者50例,自发月经或孕酮诱发月经的第1天服敏定偶,1片/d共28d,3个周期;同时加用二甲双胍250mg,3次/d。比较治疗前、后激素水平、胰岛素和血糖曲线下面积。结果:治疗后血中T、LH、SG1h、SG2h、AUGSG、Ins0h、AU-GIns低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗前、后FSH、SG0h无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:敏定偶联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS,在纠正高雄激素血症的同时改善了胰岛素的抵抗,是PCOS理想的治疗方案。Objective： To assess the therapeutic effects of Minulet combined with Melbine on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）,including endocrinic and metablic changes,and to provide an optimal treatment protocol for PCOS.Methods：Minulet were given to 50 PCOS patients for 28 days,3 courses（1 tablet per day,p.o.） started from the first day of spontaneous or progesterone induced menstruation circle.Melbine was added at the same time（250 mg,t.i.d.）.The hormone level and areas under glucose and insulin curve were measured before and after the treatments.Results：The levels of T,LH,SG1h,SG2h,AUGSG,Ins0h and AUGIns decreased significantly（P0.05）,while the levels of FSH and SG0h had no significant changes after the treatments（P0.05）.Conclusions：Treatments of Minulet combined with Melbine can alleviate hyperandrogenemia,and diminish the insulin resistance in PCOS patients,thus can be used as an optimal treatment protocol for PCOS.
