妇产科感染疾病中CRP测定的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清CRP对妇产科感染疾病的诊断价值。方法:收集妇产科感染疾病患者60例为感染组,其中的52例为局部感染患者、8例为严重感染患者,此外收集46例健康人为对照组。进行WBC计数并测定血清CRP水平。结果:感染组WBC计数以及血清CRP水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。而且相对于局部感染组,严重感染组患者血清CRP水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:血清学指标CRP能够提示妇产科感染,且能够更好的反映感染的严重程度,有望成为妇产科的感染尤其是严重感染的血清学指标。Objective： To explore the value of the serum CRP level in diagnosis of infectious diseases in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.Methods： Sixty patients were enrolled as infection disease group,of which 52 had localized infection,8 had severe infection;another 46 healthy people were also enrolled as control group.WBC couts and CRP level were detected and compared.Results： WBC counts,serum CRP level of the infection disease group were significant higher than that of the healthy controls（P0.05）.Comparing with those had localized infection,serum level of patients with severe infection was significantly increased（P0.05）.Conclusion： CRP is a valuable marker indicating infection in Obstetrics and gGynaecology Department,and might be a sero-marker for the diagnosis of infectious diseases in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.
