大屯矿区重介洗选粗煤泥回收工艺分析

摘　　要：文章分析了大屯矿区重介工艺生产条件下的粗煤泥回收工艺和脱水设备的工作情况,总结了三产品重介旋流器分选下限与入选原煤中煤泥含量的关系,煤泥重介旋流器有效分选粒度范围在0.5～0.125 mm,选用粗精煤回收设备要优先考虑脱泥、脱水效果。This paper analyzed the condition of coarse coal slime recovery technology and dewatering equipment in dense medium separation process in Datun mining area,summarized the relationship between the low separation limit of three products dense medium cyclone and slime content feed raw coal,which resulted that for slime dense medium cyclone,the effectively separation size fraction range is 0.5～0.125 mm,and when selection the coarse clean coal recovery equipment,should be give priority considering the effect of desliming and dewatering.
