奇正青鹏膏联合TDP和电脑中频治疗96例腰痛的临床治疗效果总结

摘　　要：目的观察奇正青鹏膏联合TDP和电脑中频治疗腰痛的临床治疗效果。方法将96例腰肌劳损患者随机分成3组:观察组32例,用奇正青鹏膏联合TDP和电脑中频治疗;对照组①32例,用青鹏膏配合TDP治疗;对照组②32例,单用电脑中频治疗。10d为一疗程。经过1～2个疗程治疗后,观察3组治疗前后临床症状、体征的变化。结果 3组患者治疗后,绝大多数患者的症状、体征均有减轻或消失。3组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论奇正青鹏膏联合TDP和电脑中频治疗疗效优于青鹏膏结合TDP治疗及单纯电脑中频治疗。Objective This study observed the effect of Qingpeng paste combined with TDP and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy on lumbago.To observe the treatment effect of Qingpeng paste combined with TDP and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy in treating patients.Methods Ninety-six cases with lumbago were randomly divided into three groups：Observe group,Qingpeng paste combined with TDP and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy group.Contrastive group,①Qingpeng paste and TDP group ②modulated medium frequency electrotherapy group.Three groups accepted treatment for 10～20 days.Results The clinical symptom changes of the patients in the 3 groups before and after treatment were observed.Result post treatment,the symptoms and physical signs in the most of patients alleviated or disappeared.There existed an obvious difference of curative effect among the 3 groups（P0.05）.Qingpeng paste in treating lumbago with TDP and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy was much better than those in the other 2 groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of Qingpeng paste in treating lumbago with TDP and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy is superior in curative effect to that of Qingpeng paste and TDP or modulated medium frequency electrotherapy only.
