肺炎支原体感染与支气管哮喘急性发作期的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究MP感染同支气管哮喘患者急性发作期具有的相关性,从而为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法对本院自2006年11月至2011年11月以来,于本科治疗的100例支气管哮喘的急性发作期患者(A组)与100例缓解期患者(B组)临床资料进行回顾性分析,检测其MP-IgM(外周血的支原体抗体)与IgE以及EOS(嗜酸粒细胞),并对比AB两组患者MP-IgM的阳性率以及上述三项指标的计数。结果 A组患者MP-IgM的阳性率为34.0%,B组为8.0%,两组相较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中MP-IgM呈阳性的患者IgE与EOS计数,同MP-IgM呈阴性的患者相较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MP感染同支气管哮喘的急性发作具有密切的关系,急性发作期的支气管哮喘患者进行MP-IgM的常规检测,能够辅助临床诊疗。Objective The study of MP infection with bronchial asthma in patients with acute exacerbation,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods Hospital treatment in our department since November 2006 to November 2011,100 cases of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma patients（A group） were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 cases of patients in remission（B group）,detect the MP-IgM（peripheral blood of mycoplasma antibody） with IgE and EOS（eosinophils）,and contrast to AB patients were MP-IgM positive rate and the count of these three indicators.Results Group A patients with MP-IgM positive rate was 34.0%,group B 8.0%,compared to two groups,significant differences（P0.01）;MP-IgM positive patients with IgE and EOS counts,with the MP-IgM wasnegative patients compared the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion MP infection has a close relationship with bronchial asthma,acute exacerbation,acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in patients with MP-IgM routine testing can assist in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
