摘　　要：目的总结红霉素软膏治疗前庭大腺脓肿的临床疗效方法观察红霉素软膏与利凡诺纱条换药治疗前庭大腺脓肿愈合效果结果两组病例共59例,研究组30例对照组29例,红霉素软膏治疗组的愈合时间明显短于利凡诺纱条治疗组,统计学有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论红霉素软膏可促进前庭大腺脓肿愈合。Objective summarize the clinical curative effect of treating bartholins abscess with erythromycin ointment.Methods observe the healing effect of treating bartholins abscess with erythromycin ointment matching Acrinol muslin in dressing change.Results there are 120 cases in each group,the healing time of the patients treated by erythromycin ointment is obviously shorter than that treated by Acrinol muslin.The difference of statistics is greatly significant（P0.001）.Conclusion erythromycin ointment can promote the healing of bartholins abscess.
