摘　　要：目的介绍喂水测吞咽反射并插胃管的方法,探讨其优越性。方法对83例意识不清、躁动不安、年老体弱患者以随机应从的方法分为2组,试验组34例进行喂水测吞咽反射并置胃管,对照组49例常规置胃管,观察置管成功率及置管反应。结果试验组一次成功率91%,对照组一次成功率6%。结论喂水测吞咽反射并置胃管法显著提高了置胃管一次成功率,明显减少不适反应。Objective To introduce the method of feed water testing swallowing reflex to indwelling gastric tube,and discuss its advantages.Methods 83 cases of patients who were unconsciousness,restless,old and frail were divided into two groups with random method,34 patients in experimental group with the methed of feed water testing swallowing reflex to indwelling gastric tube,49 patients in the control group with the traditional method of indwelling gastric tube,observe the success rate and reaction.Results The success rate for the first time in experimental group was 91%,and the control group was 6%.Conclusion The methed of feed water testing swallowing reflex to Indwelling gastric tube was better than the traditional method of indwelling gastric tube,and it was obvious to reduce discomfort response.
