摘  要:研究了硅溶胶、铝溶胶、钇溶胶和硅酸乙酯水解液等强化剂对硅基陶瓷型芯高温性能的影响,并利用XRD和SEM分别对陶瓷型芯进行了物相分析和断口形貌分析。结果表明:硅酸乙酯水解液对陶瓷型芯的强化效果最优,型芯同时具有优良的高温抗弯强度和抗变形能力;硅溶胶能显著提高硅基陶瓷型芯的高温抗变形能力。The effects of harding agents such as ethyl silicate hydrolyzate, silica sol, alumina sol and yttria sol on high temperature properties of ceramic cores were investigated. XRD and SEM were applied to analyzing the phase composition and fracture surface morphology of ceramic cores. The results show that cores strengthened by ethyl silicate hydrolyzate have the best high temperature properties, with both excellent bending strength and non-deformability at high temperature; cores strengthened by silica sol can significantly improve the non-deformability at high temperature.
