消失模铸造在大型箱体生产上的应用

摘　　要：根据零件的结构特点,选择合适的工艺参数,把消失模铸造工艺应用到大型复杂箱体件———后传动箱的生产上。生产实践表明,消失模铸造工艺简化了生产过程,节省了原工艺需要的大量树脂砂,提高了铸件质量及精度。On the basis of the structure characteristics of the parts, the lost loam casting （LFC） technology with the appropriate process parameters was applied to the production of the large-sized and complex box body： rear transmission box. The production shows that LFC simplifies the production process, saves a large amount of resin sand, and improves quality and precision of castings.
