摘　　要：木模的加工不但要考虑木模结构,还要考虑木模的起模。泡沫塑料型材模样,不需起模,加工方便,模样不易变形,铸件尺寸精度高,且生产成本比较低。对使用木材和泡沫塑料型材加工模样分别进行了分类比较,工艺操作可供模样技术人员参考。In the process of wooden pattern, not only the structure but also the stripping of the pattem was considered. The foam plastic patterns have the advantages such as no stripping, workability, difficult to deformation, high dimensional precision of the casting, and low production cost. The comparison was done between the wooden and foam plastic pattern processing. The technological operation can provide the reference for the technical staff.
